This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions for PourPad sold by FRAMETEC GROUP and processed by Stripe, our payment processor and Merchant of Record.
30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. Contact our support team with your order details, or use the billing portal link in your receipt email. We will respond to refund requests as quickly as possible.
Free trial and cancellation
Every paid plan starts with a 15-day free trial. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged. If you cancel after a paid subscription has begun, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Exceptions
Refunds are not available for charges that occurred outside the 30-day refund window or for violations of our Terms of Service. Stripe's refund policies may also apply.
